‘Cesar’ earned his Bachelor of Science in Commerce major in Accounting from the University of San Carlos (Magna cum Laude).  

He also earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Magna cum laude honors at USC.

At the University of North Florida, he pursued the Master’s in Business Administration (MBA).  

Cesar went to work for

Pricewaterhouse to gain audit experience.  He was a professor of accounting in the Philippines and Papua New Guinea teaching financial

accounting, auditing, taxation, management accounting and professional ethics.

 He has over 25 years of combined experience in Accounting, Taxation, Auditing and Financial Management. He is a Certified Public Accountant.  He represents clients before the IRS for tax audits and tax resolutions.
